Delivery methods
For delivery of the purchased Product, the Customer may choose his or her residence or domicile, workplace, or the private address of a natural person of his or her choice, whose residence or domicile is within the territory of the European Union and outside the European Union, excluding Black List countries.
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer only after the payment for the relevant order has been duly registered.
If, upon delivery, the package appears to have any imperfections, the Customer must open it in the presence of the carrier to verify the condition of the product inside.
For security reasons, deliveries to PO boxes will not be made and your order will not be processed.
For each order placed on the Site, L'artigianato di Lusso Bijoux SRLS is not obligated to issue an invoice unless the customer specifically requests one at the time of order placement, as required by Article 22, paragraph 1, no. 1 of Presidential Decree no. 633/1972. No changes to the receipt will be possible after it has been issued.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are clearly indicated on the order form. They may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination of the Products.
All purchases will be delivered by courier.
SHIPPING RULES
Orders will be processed and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays, within 9-10 business days (excluding orders including custom-made rings within 13-15 business days, custom-made chevalier and signet rings within 18-20 business days, and fully enameled jewelry with multiple charms within 14-15 business days) following order confirmation and payment.
If L'Artigianato di Lusso Bijoux SRLS is unable to deliver the ordered goods due to the subsequent unavailability, even temporary, of the Products, it will promptly notify the Customer via email, and in any case the delivery will be made within a period of 3 (three) to 30 (thirty) days.
L'Artigianato di Lusso Bijoux SRLS is not responsible for unforeseeable delays , it being understood that, except in cases of force majeure, the Products will in any case be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days starting from the day following the day on which the Customer sent the order to L'Artigianato di Lusso Bijoux SRLS.
For delivery of the goods, the Customer or a designated representative must be present at the recipient's address indicated in the order. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
(i) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document;
(ii) that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials.
Any damage to the packaging and/or product, or discrepancies in the number of packages or information, must be reported immediately by writing a reservation requesting inspection on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer may not raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the delivered goods.
Shipping number
Artigianato di Lusso Bijoux SRLS will send the Customer a confirmation email once the Products have been shipped.
In order to ensure the safety of the Product's delivery, Artigianato di Lusso Bijoux SRLS will retain the tracking number for each delivery made.
SHIPPING COSTS
For purchases with delivery within Italy, shipping is free for orders over €200. If discount codes or coupons are entered, shipping costs will be calculated normally.

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, customs duties will be borne by the recipient and will be added to the shipping costs.
